Conor Lynch

I started creating and launching brands and events in 1999. I designed and ran award-winning events for up to 500 people - for my own brands and for clients like EY and Huawei.

I built and exited a digital agency called Connector, and I've trained thousands of professionals across Ireland for clients including EY, Deloitte, Huawei, and Bank of Ireland. I'm the author of Learn Earn Own, a Canva Brand Ambassador, and I've lectured at Maynooth University, the Digital Marketing Institute, and more.

I've launched dozens of projects over the years, some for new releases from clients. What I kept noticing was how many people finished something good and still didn't get one at all. Launchy is the fix: one night, twelve launches, and a room that turns up for all of them.
